RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations for products purchased through our website typhoonsystems.asia.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return and Refund Policy.

1. CUSTOM PC BUILDS
1.1 Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of our PC builds, no cancellations are permitted once an order has been processed. An order is considered processed when:
You receive an order confirmation email stating that your order has been processed
Components for your custom build have been allocated
Assembly of your custom PC has begun

1.2 Return Policy
No returns are accepted for custom PC builds as they are built to order according to your specific requirements. Each custom PC is assembled with components selected specifically for your order and tested to ensure proper functionality before shipment.

1.3 Warranty and Defects
While returns are not accepted for custom PC builds, all custom PCs come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If your custom PC exhibits defects or malfunctions:

Our technical support team will assist in troubleshooting the issue
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, repair services will be provided in accordance with our warranty policy
Component-specific warranties will be honored according to the respective manufacturer’s warranty terms

2. MONITORS AND PERIPHERALS
2.1 Cancellation Policy
No cancellations are permitted once shipment has been arranged or is in transit
Orders in “processing” status may be eligible for cancellation, subject to our discretion

2.2 Return Policy
For monitors and peripherals, the following return conditions apply:
Returns are not accepted for products with opened packaging (“open box”)
Returns for unopened products in original packaging may be accepted within 7 days of delivery
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Return shipping must include adequate protection to prevent damage during transit
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation

2.3 Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be:
In new, unused condition
Complete with all original packaging, including protective materials
Include all accessories, cables, documentation, and free gifts that came with the product
Free from any damage not present at the time of delivery

3. REFUND PROCESS
3.1 Refund Method
If a refund is approved:
The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase
No alternative refund methods are available
Processing time for refunds depends on your payment provider and may take 5-14 business days to appear in your account

3.2 Refund Amount
For approved refunds:
The refund amount will include the purchase price of the eligible returned product
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed
If a promotional discount or coupon was applied to the original purchase, the refund will be adjusted accordingly

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
4.1 Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspect all products immediately upon delivery
Document any visible damage to the packaging with photos before opening
If the product appears damaged upon delivery, contact our customer service team within 24 hours

4.2 Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
For products that are defective upon first use (Dead on Arrival):
Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
Provide detailed information about the defect and, if possible, photos or videos demonstrating the issue
Our technical support team will assist in troubleshooting
If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

5. WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products sold by Typhoon Systems, Blumm Technology Pte Ltd come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. Warranty claims are handled according to the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy.

6. EXCEPTIONS
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. Any exceptions made will be communicated in writing and do not constitute a permanent change to this policy.
