    How long is the warranty for my PC?
    All new builds from Typhoon comes with 3-year warranty.

    What does the 3-year warranty covers?
    The warranty covers manufacturer defect(s) of the hardware. Software issues are not covered.

    During the 3-year warranty period, do you come to my place or I have to send it in?
    Unless specified;
    1st year onsite : where possible we will replace the faulty part replacement onsite, else we will bring back the computer back for further troubleshooting and return at no charge.
    2nd and 3rd year carry in: You will send the PC to us, if needed you may need to leave it with us. When the PC is ready we will inform you for collection. However, we can provide the collection and return service at a fee.
    Parts replaced, may be refurbish/repaired. In any case if the faulty is no longer available, a parts of similar specification/performance will be provided.

    Do you provide 3 years onsite warranty in the likes of Dell, HP & Lenovo?
    Yes, we do provide 3 years onsite warranty like D, H & L, with a top or otherwise stated. To be better then D, H & L, we do our best to commit be onsite within the next business day.

    How do I claim warranty if I bring my  PC overseas?
    Our warranty coverage is currently within Singapore.

    Orders & Shipping

    Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received. Parts used in the order will only be locked after full payment is received. Orders typically takes 2-3 days to complete, this includes a 12 hours stress test.  After which we will contact you for delivery arrangement, Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm (excluding public holidays).

    Cancellation

    Cancellation will be accepted before the order has been processed. Refund will be made thru the same mode of payment.
