All models of Typhoon Display comes with a 3 year limited warranty, unless other wise stated.

How many dead pixel before an exchange is permitted?
4 dead or bright pixel on any part of the screen we will replace the screen.

How about less then 4 dead pixels, out of the box?
We understand the frustration of seeing that dead/bright pixel starring at you after you have excitedly unbox your new monitor. We are users just like you. All Typhoon Display comes with 14 days no dead/bright pixel warranty, unless otherwise stated.

Is it onsite or carry-in warranty?
It is a 3 year onsite warranty.

How do I claim warranty if I bring my monitor overseas?
Our warranty coverage is currently within Singapore.

Orders will be processed daily by 3pm, Mon – Fri (except public holidays). After which our delivery partner will collect either within the same day or next business day. The order will be shipped typically the next business day after collection.

Cancellation will be accepted before the order has been processed for shipment. Refund will be made thru the same mode of payment.
