Typhoon builds
Built to run for weeks.
Four dual-slot GPUs on AMD Threadripper, with registered ECC memory and thermals specified for all four under simultaneous load.
Most four-GPU systems are gaming builds with more cards in them. They work until the third card heats the second, or until a memory error ends a run on day three of five.
We specify airflow for four dual-slot cards under simultaneous load, and we run registered ECC DDR5 because a training run that fails overnight is a week you do not get back. Twelve hours of testing before delivery.
What you actually get.
- Four dual-slot GPUsAirflow specified for all four under load at once, not for one card on a bench.
- Registered ECC DDR5The difference between a failed overnight job and a finished one. Not an upsell — it is why the platform exists.
- AMD ThreadripperCore count and PCIe lanes to actually feed four cards, rather than starving them behind a consumer chipset.
- Runs for daysSpecified and tested to hold utilisation for extended periods, which is how this class of machine is really used.
